The cost of delivery includes expenses on processing, packing and a postage. The exact cost of delivery depends on the range, weight and specific features of goods.

The order will arrive as a custom parcel, in style. You will have a link to a routing of a parcel through the Internet. Sending is performed within 7 days. Order will be delivered within about 5-14 days, it depends on your region.
Moscow

If you live in Moscow you may get your order in the subway station or at the railway station of the Savelovskaya line. The meeting place and time are to be discussed individually. Specify preferable stations in the comment on the order.

Terms of the individual order
If you want to discuss the individual order you may send an email, write in My VK group posts or in WhatsApp. Consider that I take the limited number of orders in a month. Exact terms and cost are discussed individually in personal correspondence. Prepayment of at least 50% is obligatory if the cost of goods exceed 500 rub..

Return policy
When obtaining the order it is necessary for you (when getting your order on point of delivery or delivery from the courier) to be convinced that the delivered goods meet your expectations, that there are no physical damages which could be a result of low-quality delivery.
If the goods were damaged as a result of sending by the delivery service, it is necessary to take a photo of damages on the place of receipt and/or to issue written confirmation on damages from the delivery service (the courier, the employee of the delivery service). It is necessary for the subsequent collecting order value from the delivery service.
If defects or marriage are discovered within a month, you have the following options:
• Free repair.
Cost for delivery is beared by the buyer. For free: rendezvous in Moscow subway or in Dolgoprudny.
• Full/partial return of funds for the cash card.
You must provide photo/video proof of defect of the materials or the production faults but not the results of delivery. The cost of delivery remains uncompensated.
• You may expect the compensation from the delivery service if damages were put on delivery.
⚠ The goods of appropriate quality are not subject to return.
Rules of the application of coupons
All coupons are calculated from the initial cost of goods.
• Application of the coupon which allows a discount in percents.
The total discount for each product does not exceed coupon face value. If the discount is higher in percentage than the rated value of the coupon then the specified discount is taken into account.
• Application of the coupon which gives fixed discount for all your cart.
This coupon allows you to pay not more than 30% from the cost of goods to which other discounts do not extend. Unspent part of the coupon will be revoked. Goods applied by other discounts do not participate in formulation of total cost of your cart which is used to calculate the available to use coupon face value.
In both cases the discount is rounded down to an integer of dollars or rubles.
